Live Lucky Inventory

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Live Lucky Inventory ("the app") is provided by Live Lucky Companies ("we", "us") for use by our manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfillment staff. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.

Who can use the app

Live Lucky Inventory is an internal workforce tool. Access requires a company account that our administrators provision. It is not intended for the general public and offers no self-service sign-up.

Information we collect

The camera is used only to scan product barcodes and to photograph packed shipments. We do not collect your location, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use it

To operate the app's features: run production batches, fulfill customer orders, count and manage inventory, and keep manufacturing and shipping records for quality, traceability, and legal purposes. Content you submit is transmitted to our servers and associated with the relevant batch, count, or order.

Data storage and retention

Records are retained as needed for business, quality, traceability, and legal purposes. Data is stored on our hosted servers and cloud storage in the United States.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the app on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting and storage), and as required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and access requires an authenticated company account.

Your choices

You can control camera access in iOS Settings; the app remains usable without it (type SKUs instead of scanning). To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, contact us using the details below.

Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
