These terms govern use of the Live Lucky Inventory app and the systems it connects to (together, "the Service"), provided by Live Lucky Companies ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.
The Service is an internal business tool for employees and authorized contractors of Live Lucky Companies and its affiliated brands. Accounts are provisioned and revoked by our administrators. You may not share your credentials or allow anyone else to use your account.
Use the Service only to perform your work: production batching, inventory management, cycle counts, and order fulfillment. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data or companies you are not authorized for, interfering with its operation, or copying business data for purposes outside your work.
All product, formula, inventory, order, and customer data in the Service is the confidential business property of Live Lucky Companies. Records you create in the course of your work (batch records, counts, shipment photos) belong to the company.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when employment or engagement ends. Sections concerning company data, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
